Claims Care Advocate

Job Summary

Providing essential administrative and workflow support, the full-time remote Claims Care Advocate will manage records, coordinate requests, and respond to customer inquiries while partnering with various teams within the Claims Department.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support across Claims Operations, Subrogation, and Nurse Case Management
• Serve as the primary contact for internal and external inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses
• Manage and process requests for claim-related documentation and maintain accurate claim files for compliance

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• One or more years of experience in a professional office environment
• Prior exposure to Workers' Compensation or a similar industry is preferred
