Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Clerk to manage mailroom processes and perform data entry of claim appeal data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail to appropriate departments
  • Coordinate receipt and routing of incoming packages and deliveries
  • Track and log certified mail and incoming checks, and prepare outgoing mail
Required Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in mailroom operations and processes
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding is a plus
  • Able to work with limited supervision and meet specific turnaround times
