Job Summary

To support a growing claims team, the full-time hybrid Claims Clerk will manage clerical and administrative tasks, assist with documentation and data entry, and ensure accurate information flow in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing outgoing mail
  • Assist in matching correspondence with claims and maintaining accurate records
  • Support the scheduling of medical appointments and communication with agents and insured parties
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED; equivalent work experience may be considered
  • Basic knowledge of computer operations and claim file systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and related systems
  • Preferred 2 years of administrative experience, but not required
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and adaptable environment
