Job Summary
A company is looking for a Claims Clerk for a national remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct data entry and follow up on necessary to assist Claims Investigators
- Identify complicated claims and refer them to Claims investigator or Supervisor
- Work claims files to ensure appropriate eligibility and provider records are matched to the claim
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma / GED or equivalent years of experience
- 1+ years of experience in an office setting environment using telephone and computer as primary instruments
- Experience with computers, Windows PC applications, Microsoft Office Teams, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to multi-task and understand multiple products and levels of benefits
- Must be 18 years of age or older and able to work full time with flexibility in shift schedules
