Claims Compliance Associate Director

Job Summary

Leading a team of analysts, the remote Claims Compliance Associate Director will manage regulatory inquiries, ensure adherence to compliance standards, and collaborate across departments to enhance claims processes and workflows.

Key responsibilities:

• Direct and coordinate claims processes, including research and regulatory inquiries
• Lead a team of claims analysts in investigating regulatory inquiries and developing responses
• Collaborate with regulatory agencies and internal teams to ensure compliance and resolve issues

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in claims operations and processing, with knowledge of insurance products and regulatory language
• 5+ years of people management experience, capable of overseeing multiple high-value projects
• Proven experience collaborating with regulatory agencies and familiarity with compliance requirements
• Ability to provide data-driven insights in complex situations
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience is preferred
