Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical reviews of claim files to evaluate compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
• Analyze state-specific claims handling requirements and document their impact on operations
• Identify trends in claims quality and compliance, translating findings into actionable insights for leadership

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of claims compliance experience or 5+ years of claims experience
• Deep understanding of homeowners policies and the insurance industry's legal and regulatory landscape
• Ability to identify systemic trends and emerging risks across claim files
• Experience in project management and data analysis to improve processes
