Job Summary
To support high-quality claim handling, the full-time Claims Compliance Audit Specialist will conduct technical reviews, analyze compliance requirements, and provide data-driven insights while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct technical reviews of claim files to evaluate compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
- Analyze state-specific claims handling requirements and document their impact on operations
- Identify trends in claims quality and compliance, translating findings into actionable insights for leadership
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of claims compliance experience or 5+ years of claims experience
- Deep understanding of homeowners policies and the insurance industry's legal and regulatory landscape
- Ability to identify systemic trends and emerging risks across claim files
- Experience in project management and data analysis to improve processes
