Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Compliance Specialist to oversee adjuster licensing and manage complaint handling programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the adjuster licensing lifecycle and ensure compliance with state requirements
  • Oversee the complaint handling program and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints
  • Drive process improvements and automate workflows to enhance operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Finance, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience with state and federal insurance claims regulations
  • 3+ years of Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance experience
  • Experience in building or enhancing compliance processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and similar tools
