Job Summary
A company is looking for a Claims Compliance Specialist to oversee adjuster licensing and manage complaint handling programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the adjuster licensing lifecycle and ensure compliance with state requirements
- Oversee the complaint handling program and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints
- Drive process improvements and automate workflows to enhance operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with state and federal insurance claims regulations
- 3+ years of Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance experience
- Experience in building or enhancing compliance processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and similar tools
