Claims Consultant - General Liability

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Consultant - General Liability.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle high exposure and complex claims, formulating strategies for liability, damages, and resolution
• Lead litigation management, including selection of counsel and mediation preparation
• Mentor less experienced claim representatives and provide technical training

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of specialized claims handling experience with complex, high exposure claims
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; JD preferred
• Proven ability to make sound decisions under pressure
• Advanced negotiation skills with experience in mediation and ADR processes
• Track record of mentoring and elevating team performance
