Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Consultant - Senior Care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confirm coverage and manage claims and suits brought against policyholders
  • Interpret, analyze, and resolve coverage issues
  • Select and appoint legal counsel, manage litigation, and negotiate case resolutions

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of five years of claim experience with senior care/long term care professional liability and general liability claims
  • Bachelor's degree, but will consider less with pertinent industry experience
  • Multi-state experience preferred
  • Other degrees such as J.D. and/or nursing are a plus
