Job Summary
Investigating insurance information to coordinate benefits for claim processing, the full-time Claims Coordination Investigator will manage member communications and ensure accurate claims adjudication in a remote, in-person, or hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate other insurance information and coordinate benefits for claims processing
- Directly contact members and health plans to obtain and verify insurance information
- Process claims and resolve COB primacy disputes while adhering to quality improvement principles
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Three years of medical claims processing experience in an office setting or one year at Quartz meeting quality and quantity goals
- Access to high-speed, non-satellite Internet for remote work
