Claims Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Coordinator I.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and enter information into the Risk Management System to generate claims reports
• Act as the first point of contact for accidents and safety-related issues, maintaining a high answer rate for incoming calls
• Evaluate information from drivers and callers to determine necessary procedures and dispatch testing when required

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred
• Experience in the transportation industry is a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
• Basic knowledge of US geography
