Job Summary

Supporting the claims process remotely, the full-time Claims Coordinator I will manage the entry of claims into the Claim System, conduct research for effective handling, and maintain property damage files while assisting claim adjusters.

Key responsibilities
  • Enter new losses into the Claim System via various communication methods
  • Research and obtain necessary data for effective claims handling
  • Assign claim files as directed by Claim Managers and support front desk operations
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of one (1) year clerical work experience required
  • Basic computer and data entry skills required
