Claims Coverage Litigation Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Coverage & Litigation Management Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection, training, and evaluation of department attorneys
• Provide legal advice to senior executives on risks to the Claims organization
• Manage requests for legal advice and oversee assignments to outside counsel

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and J.D. from an ABA or SBA accredited law school
• Member in good standing of a State Bar
• Eight or more years of experience in insurance coverage, disputes, and litigation
• Three years of prior management experience preferred
• Collaborative working style with strong interpersonal skills
