Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Answer claimant calls regarding group insurance products and provide necessary information
- Educate customers on claims processes and verify benefits as needed
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance team performance and quality
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple systems
- Internet bandwidth of at least 12 Mbps
- Data entry and research experience is preferred
