Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Care Associate to join their claimant excellence team in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer claimant calls regarding group insurance products and provide necessary information
  • Educate customers on claims processes and verify benefits as needed
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance team performance and quality
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple systems
  • Internet bandwidth of at least 12 Mbps
  • Data entry and research experience is preferred
