Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound telephone inquiries and initiate auto claims
• Guide customers through the claims process and provide explanations of the claim process
• Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain job knowledge through ongoing training

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required
• Customer service experience is highly preferred
• Strong technical aptitude for navigating multiple systems
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with 90% accuracy
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
