Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Claims Customer Service Associate will assist customers with auto and home claims, guiding them through the claims process while managing inbound calls in a structured environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound telephone inquiries in a Claims Contact Center
  • Initiate auto and homeowner claims by obtaining preliminary loss information
  • Provide customers with explanations of the claims process and document interactions accurately
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with 90% accuracy
  • Customer service experience is highly preferred
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
