Key Responsibilities
  • Intake First Notice of Loss (FNOL) claims
  • Conduct emergency adjuster call outs via three-way calls with clients
  • Provide excellent customer service to all internal team members and external customers
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma is required
  • 1-2 years of face-to-face, telephony, or administrative customer service experience
  • Strong computer and keyboard skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good interpersonal skills
