Job Summary
A company is looking for a Claims Customer Service Representative to provide support and assistance to customers regarding healthcare inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and identify the type of assistance needed related to benefits, billing, and claims
- Resolve issues on the first call by navigating complex systems and providing accurate information
- Document information and research complex issues across multiple databases to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of experience in a related environment (call center, customer service, office)
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
- Ability to work full time, Monday - Friday, with flexibility for shift schedules
