Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Customer Service Representative to provide support and assistance to customers regarding healthcare inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and identify the type of assistance needed related to benefits, billing, and claims
  • Resolve issues on the first call by navigating complex systems and providing accurate information
  • Document information and research complex issues across multiple databases to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of experience in a related environment (call center, customer service, office)
  • Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
  • Ability to work full time, Monday - Friday, with flexibility for shift schedules
