Job Summary

Processing first notice of loss insurance claims, the part-time Claims Customer Service Representative will handle inquiry calls, conduct emergency adjuster call outs, and ensure excellent customer service while meeting call center standards.

Key responsibilities
  • Intake First Notice of Loss (FNOL) claims and process emergency event FNOL
  • Conduct emergency adjuster call outs via three-way calls with clients
  • Assist with special projects and uphold the Crawford Code of Conduct
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma is required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, either face-to-face or via telephony
  • Strong computer and keyboard skills
  • Ability to deal tactfully and professionally with clients over the phone
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
