Job Summary
Seeking bright, outgoing, and energetic individuals, the remote Claims Customer Service Specialist will manage phone and email inquiries, providing information on vehicle service contract coverage and claims processes while working in a friendly team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze vehicle service contract information to advise customers on benefit amounts
- Request and distribute internal information to support the Claims Adjudication Department
- Manage workflow and complete all requests and documents according to established procedures
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum High School diploma or GED required
- Call center experience preferred, with strong organizational and customer service skills
- Proficient in MS Office, with the ability to type at least 35 wpm
- Automotive Service Department experience preferred, including roles like Warranty Administrators and Service Writers
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
