Claims Data Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance client implementation testing capabilities, the contract Claims Data Analyst will execute testing activities, validate configurations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness prior to production go-live.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the execution and improvement of testing capabilities, including Claims Compare and End to End (E2E) testing
• Research and validate client source documents, designing test scenarios and identifying risks before production
• Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to support testing activities and resolve issues

Required qualifications

• Strong knowledge of systems, applications, and benefit configuration
• Experience in developing and maintaining test artifacts, including scenarios and client manuals
• Ability to identify process improvement and automation opportunities
• Background in executing client and internal testing activities
• Experience in presenting testing results to clients and stakeholders
