Key Responsibilities

• Support claims processing initiatives by entering, reviewing, and updating provider and claim data
• Validate provider addresses and identifiers by cross-referencing incoming claims with internal systems
• Document unmatched provider details to support accurate claim matching and resolution

• Prior experience with data entry, claims processing, or administrative support in a regulated environment
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify missing or incorrect information
• Comfort working across multiple systems and tools while following defined workflows
• Effective time management skills in a high-volume setting
• Clear communication skills with the judgment to escalate issues when necessary
