Job Summary
A company is looking for a Claims Director to lead a team managing real property and auto damage claims while driving operational excellence through technology and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive customer experience strategy aligned with company goals
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing claims team, overseeing recruitment and training
- Serve as the escalation point for complex customer issues and implement improvements based on data and feedback
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in insurance claims, with a focus on property and/or auto preferred
- 5+ years of management experience, ideally with remote teams
- Proven ability to deliver results and drive continuous improvement
