Job Summary

Leading a team of claims adjusters, the remote Director of Claims will oversee the claims management process for Master Policy TLL and Contents Claims, ensuring regulatory compliance and effective dispute resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of claims adjusters while fostering a collaborative work environment
• Oversee the adjustment and resolution of complex claims, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies
• Handle complex claim disputes and represent the company in legal proceedings as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications preferred
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in claims adjustment, including 3-5 years in a managerial role
• Demonstrated experience managing a team of claims adjusters
• Strong understanding of claims regulations, notices, payments, and processing
• Proven track record in handling claim disputes and legal depositions
