Job Summary
Leading the establishment of a new Auto Casualty Claims Team, the remote Claims Director, Auto Casualty will design and implement innovative claims handling processes, optimize operational efficiency, and ensure regulatory compliance while managing a high-performing team.
Key responsibilities
- Design the foundational structure and processes for Auto and Casualty claims
- Manage claim outcomes to meet operational metric targets, including loss dollars and customer experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and select vendor partners and optimize claims operations
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in property & casualty insurance claims
- At least 6 years of experience leading Auto Casualty claims teams with proven operational results
- Expertise in managing Complex Bodily Injury claims and advanced claim handling strategies
- Demonstrated ability to design and lead high-performing claims teams
- Strong strategic planning and budget management skills
