Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims EDI Helpdesk Representative to provide front-line support for electronic claims submissions and EDI-related inquiries in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound calls and emails regarding EDI claim submissions and processing issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to EDI formats and transactions
  • Document interactions and collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, helpdesk support, or healthcare claims processing
  • Familiarity with EDI formats and Medicaid claims systems preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and helpdesk ticketing systems
