Job Summary
A company is looking for a Claims EDI Helpdesk Representative to provide front-line support for electronic claims submissions and EDI-related inquiries in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and emails regarding EDI claim submissions and processing issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to EDI formats and transactions
- Document interactions and collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, helpdesk support, or healthcare claims processing
- Familiarity with EDI formats and Medicaid claims systems preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and helpdesk ticketing systems
