Job Summary
Supporting Claims teams in a full-time remote capacity, the Claims Enablement Analyst will resolve complex system and process issues, collaborate with IT and business partners, and enhance workflows to improve operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the Claims Help Desk on complex claims systems and technical issues
- Triage and resolve escalated issues through diagnostics and root cause analysis
- Develop and maintain training materials and collaborate with Claims Training to deliver user training
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in insurance, business, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- Two years of experience in Claims operations, claims systems support, or project management
- Prior experience with Claims systems, preferably Guidewire Claim Center
- Project management experience with JIRA preferred
- Strong knowledge of property and casualty insurance and agile methodology
