Job Summary

Supporting Claims teams in a full-time remote capacity, the Claims Enablement Analyst will resolve complex system and process issues, collaborate with IT and business partners, and enhance workflows to improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities:
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the Claims Help Desk on complex claims systems and technical issues
  • Triage and resolve escalated issues through diagnostics and root cause analysis
  • Develop and maintain training materials and collaborate with Claims Training to deliver user training
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in insurance, business, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Two years of experience in Claims operations, claims systems support, or project management
  • Prior experience with Claims systems, preferably Guidewire Claim Center
  • Project management experience with JIRA preferred
  • Strong knowledge of property and casualty insurance and agile methodology
