Job Summary
Claims Enablement Specialist, a full-time remote position, is responsible for resolving complex claims system issues, serving as a subject matter expert, and facilitating communication between Claims, Help Desk, and IT to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the final escalation point for complex claims system issues and support the Help Desk
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and knowledge resources for user enablement
- Lead user acceptance testing and ensure business readiness for system changes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in insurance, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Five years of experience in commercial Claims operations or related fields
- Prior experience in claims transformation, process improvement, or operational readiness
- Project management experience with JIRA or similar methodologies preferred
- Advanced knowledge of commercial Claims processes and system interactions
