Claims Estimating Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Estimating Supervisor to lead daily estimating operations and manage staff appraisers.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all estimating activities in accordance with established claims policies and procedures
• Drive performance standards and continuous improvement within the estimating team
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution while maintaining relationships with estimating partners

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 7+ years in auto physical damage estimating, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
• Strong technical background in assessing mechanical and structural damages
• Experience with Mitchell Estimating software is preferred
• Ability to obtain and maintain an adjuster's license as required
