Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Examiner to join the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and analyze medical, dental, and vision claims according to plan provisions
• Provide customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues related to claims
• Ensure compliance with service standards and participate in quality assurance initiatives

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate Degree in Medical Billing and Coding or related field preferred
• 1+ years of experience in clerical and customer service required
• Claims or Medical Office experience preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
