Key Responsibilities

• Manage and handle all outbound calls related to claims
• Research, review, summarize, and recommend actions on claims appeals or grievances
• Ensure claims are adjudicated according to company guidelines and respond to claims via email

Required Qualifications

• Experience in handling US HIP claims
• Knowledge of ICD 10, CPT, surgery procedures, and medical terminology
• Ability to calculate claim amounts accurately
• Verification of high school diploma, GED, or college diploma upon request
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with reliable internet access
