Claims Examiner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Examiner to process dental claims and provide customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and resolve claims rejected by the auto-adjudication process
• Understand and interpret procedure codes and policy provisions for accurate claims processing
• Provide second review of claims and assist with customer inquiries

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 0-2 years of related experience required
• Experience in a dental-related field or claims processing environment is helpful
• Proficient in personal computer use and keyboarding skills
• Ability to adapt to new procedures and job functions
