Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Examiner I.

Key Responsibilities

• Processes claims for multiple products or claim types and performs research and adjustments
• Communicates with external parties to obtain information and coordinate coverage
• Completes special projects and responds to inquiries from internal and external customers

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years of customer service, member services, or claims processing experience
• Advanced keyboarding knowledge
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Associates degree preferred
