• Processes medical, dental, and vision claims, interpreting plan documents and determining eligibility
• Tracks and responds to customer inquiries and appeals, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation
• Collaborates with teams to improve quality and compliance with service standards

Required Qualifications and Education

• 1+ years' experience in clerical and customer service roles
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Medical Billing and Coding preferred
• Experience in claims or medical office settings, with knowledge of medical terminology preferred
