Claims Examiner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Examiner (OSGLI).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a book of pending claims to ensure timely payments
• Process decisions on claims and approve or deny payments within authorization limits
• Conduct investigations and gather necessary documentation for claims

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience preferred
• 2 to 5 years of claims management experience preferred
• Ability to analyze data on claims and make appropriate decisions
• Strong customer focus skills with high empathy for customers
• Excellent PC skills and strong working knowledge of windows-based applications
