Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Examiner - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze multiple documents/contracts to decide on claim payments or denials
• Route claims to appropriate departments for missing information required for adjudication
• Complete claims while adhering to turnaround time (TAT) and quality service level agreements (SLA)

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Highly motivated and success-driven
• Basic mathematical and intermediate typing skills
• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance policies preferred
