Job Summary

As an Associate Claims Examiner, the full-time position will provide exceptional customer service to clients on the Annuity Claims team by handling inbound and outbound calls, processing transactions, and resolving complex issues while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls with customers regarding claims and annuity contracts
  • Utilize critical thinking to resolve customer issues and process transactions based on policy information
  • Ensure accurate documentation and follow-up on customer requests while maintaining strong relationships with clients and teammates
Required qualifications
  • Two years of customer service or claims experience
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service with a professional and empathetic demeanor
  • Experience with Windows applications in a professional setting
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision using pre-established guidelines
  • Strong product and process knowledge, including awareness of regulatory updates
