Job Summary

Detail-oriented and organized, the full-time Claims Examiner will review and process annuity death claims and income-related transactions while maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely customer payments, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring onsite presence about two days a month.

Key responsibilities
  • Review and process annuity claim and life insurance transactions and related documentation
  • Verify claim requirements and supporting documentation while maintaining compliance with company policies
  • Update and maintain claim records within company systems and prepare customer correspondence
Required qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple work items while adhering to established procedures
  • Experience in claims processing or a related field
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the insurance or banking industry
