Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Examiner I - Supplemental Health.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluates and processes Supplemental Health claims in accordance with company guidelines
  • Reviews and processes claim documents, verifies eligibility, and authorizes claim payments
  • Provides customer service, manages case load, and documents claim file actions

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; relevant degree preferred
  • Minimum of one year related claims experience preferred
  • Experience in decision-making and information analysis
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Prior experience using an automated claim system desirable
