Job Summary
Detail-oriented and experienced, the full-time salaried Claims Examiner Manager will support a federal claims management program by conducting claims intake, investigation, and case administration activities, while ensuring compliance and accuracy in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct initial intake and review of affirmative claims cases and related documentation
- Request and obtain necessary supporting documentation, including police and medical reports
- Communicate professionally with claimants, insurance representatives, and legal personnel
Required qualifications
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in claims processing or related fields
- Experience supporting claims investigations or legal research preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
