Job Summary
Detail-oriented and customer-focused, the full-time remote Claims Examiner with Adjusting License will manage and process GAP insurance claims, ensuring timely and accurate resolution while collaborating with customers, agents, and underwriters.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize various software platforms to perform daily tasks and maintain effective communication with all parties involved in the claims process
- Gather and prepare necessary documentation to support claim resolution and analyze loan transaction histories for verification
- Document all correspondence and claim-related information, monitor pending claims, and deliver exceptional customer service
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in auto adjusting
- Proficiency in required software tools and auto valuation programs
- Experience with GAP and Collateral Protection insurance preferred
- Multiple state adjusting licenses are a plus
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
