Job Summary

A company is looking for a First Notice of Loss Agent (FNOL), Claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and empathetic responses to customer inquiries during the claims process
• Gather and accurately document key details from each call in the appropriate claim file
• Collaborate with Claims department members to ensure accurate processing and resolution of claims

Required Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume customer service environments focused on exceptional customer experiences
• Ability to gather, evaluate, and document detailed information accurately under pressure
• Comfortable managing multiple systems and tasks simultaneously during live interactions
• Experience in remote, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
• Collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset, proactively engaging with teammates
