A company is looking for a Claims FNOL Associate II.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for customers reporting automobile or home claims
• Accurately capture loss details and provide information about the claims process
• Ensure claim information is complete and documented in accordance with quality and compliance standards

Required Qualifications and Training

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or claims handling is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Completion of a 6-week paid training program
