Claims FNOL Associate

Job Summary

As the initial point of contact for customers reporting auto or home claims, the fully remote Claims FNOL Associate will accurately capture loss details, provide information about the claims process, and direct callers to appropriate next steps while working part-time hours that include weekend rotations.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers to obtain and provide necessary file information while complying with quality and process standards
• Take first notice of loss claims, explain the claims process, and provide general information to customers
• Handle incoming calls and electronic correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of claims

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment
• Familiarity with claims processing or insurance industry is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Basic computer skills, including data entry and familiarity with office software
