Claims FNOL Representative

Job Summary

Providing first notice of loss support for auto claims, the full-time Claims FNOL Representative will assist customers through the claims process, ensure accurate claim information is captured, and deliver exceptional customer service in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manages the first notice of loss process and creates new auto claims
• Investigates customer needs and coordinates the claim initiation activities
• Handles incoming calls and emails, providing timely and accurate information to customers

Required qualifications

• 1 year of customer contact experience required; 2 years preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Experience in an inbound phone-intensive, contact center environment
• Ability to obtain (AIC) certification within 30 days of start date
• Familiarity with AI tools and their integration into workflows is a plus
