Job Summary
A company is looking for a Claims Intake Agent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answers and triages phone calls in a call center environment
- Enters intake information into the system and supports the EHS, Risk, and Claims team
- Reviews and disseminates mail, organizes related materials, and responds to inquiries for the Claims team
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required
- Prior call center or claims intake experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, HR, and EHS/Risk Information Systems
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
