Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Intake Agent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answers and triages phone calls in a call center environment
  • Enters intake information into the system and supports the EHS, Risk, and Claims team
  • Reviews and disseminates mail, organizes related materials, and responds to inquiries for the Claims team

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma required
  • Prior call center or claims intake experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, HR, and EHS/Risk Information Systems
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
