Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input data from insurance claims and authorization requests into the database
• Log unclean submissions and generate rejection letters for servicing providers
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of work according to turnaround times

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Successful completion of a pre-employment online alphanumeric data entry assessment
• 1+ year experience in data entry or transcribing services, preferably in medical or dental claims
• 1+ year of successful experience working in a remote environment
