Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Intake Representative to provide technical and telephonic customer service support for the claims department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide telephone service and assistance to customers and claim-related parties
  • Enter and maintain required claim information into the company claim system
  • Notify appropriate personnel regarding new losses and technical inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2-year degree or higher preferred
  • Bilingual abilities (Spanish) including translation is a plus
  • 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
