Job Summary
A company is looking for a Claims Intake Representative to provide technical and telephonic customer service support for the claims department.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide telephone service and assistance to customers and claim-related parties
- Enter and maintain required claim information into the company claim system
- Notify appropriate personnel regarding new losses and technical inquiries
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2-year degree or higher preferred
- Bilingual abilities (Spanish) including translation is a plus
- 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
