Claims Intake Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Representative, Claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and document initial claim information from customers through various channels
• Provide guidance to customers regarding loss reporting options and determine appropriate policy coverage
• Analyze claim information and triage facts to decide on necessary actions and documentation

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma
• One year of full-time experience in customer service and/or claims intake preferred
• At least one year of experience in the insurance industry preferred
• Experience with Microsoft products
• Ability to work proficiently in multiple systems
