Claims Intake Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Representative, Claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain and document first notice of injury and loss information from customers
• Provide guidance and assistance to customers regarding loss reporting options
• Analyze claim information and determine necessary actions based on the facts received

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma
• One year of previous full-time experience in customer service and/or claims intake preferred
• At least one year of experience in the insurance industry preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Products
• Ability to work proficiently in multiple systems
